Аннотация:	Изучено действие кремнийсодержащих соединений аэросила и мивала-агро на растения кукурузы и ярового ячменя. Внесение аэросила в почву и обработка семян мивалом-агро стимулируют рост и развитие растений и повышают их продуктивность.

Title:	USE OF SILICON COMPOUNDS FOR GROWING CEREAL CROPS IN THE SMOLENSK REGION

Annotation:	The effect of the silicon-containing compounds Aerosil and Mival-Agro on the growth of corn and spring barley under the soil-climatic conditions of the Smolensk region was studied at different application methods. The study showed that both the application of Aerosil to the soil and the treatment of seeds with Mival-Agro stimulate the growth of plants and increase their yielding capacity.
