| Аннотация: | Предлагается оценка земель с учетом плодородия почв, состояния земель, экологических ограничений, экономических факторов, с использованием уравнений множественной регрессии и идентификации веса влияния рассмотренных факторов на стоимостную оценку земель. Рекомендуется вычислять сводные показатели независимых переменных на разном иерархическом уровне и использовать динамические модели, коэффициенты которых периодически уточняются. |

| Annotation: | A procedure of land appraisal is proposed with consideration for soil fertility, land state, ecological restrictions, and economic factors on the basis of multiple regression equations and the contributions of factors influencing the land estimate. The calculation of integrated parameters of independent variables is recommended, as well as the use of dynamic models with the regular specification of coefficients. It is assumed that the independent variable values are presented as shares of the optimum ones (from 0 to 1). |
